Parent signature before participation

A parent or guardian signature will be required before a child participates. Each child’s own authorized parent or guardian must sign. A party organizer cannot sign on behalf of other families’ children.

Photos and marketing are separate choices

Photo and video permission, and marketing consent, will be asked separately from the participation document. Saying no to either will not affect participation.

What we will not ask for now

We do not request children’s full names, dates of birth, photos, or health information through this website.

Where is MINI MADAME?: In South Florida. Address and opening details to be announced.
Is a parent signature needed?: Yes. Each child’s parent or guardian will sign before participation. The document is awaiting approval.
Can I book today?: Not yet. You can join opening updates or send a private celebration inquiry.
